In what universe???!!! Jennifer Aniston Voted Hottest Woman of All Time - Yahoo! Movies The whole "hottest" woman thing is ridiculous and shallow of course (and we should mention, men as well) but no use fighting something bigger than ourselves. I certainly don't want to contribute to the sexist-gender objectification-shallowness of these things by selling Aniston short. She's a person, after all, and perfectly fine looking. But. I mean, I have to say, after that pc qualifer, but still...still, Jennifer Aniston the hottest woman of "all time?!" All time???????!!!!

So many more, contemporary and from the past, that could fill that spot.

Australia and a hottie!

Last week I saw Australia and I have to say that I was slightly disappointed. It certainly wasn't a bad movie, but it also wasn't as great as I had hoped with both Jackman and Kidman starring.

One of the things I didn't like about it was that it is a movie with two great stories -- one of a cattle drive and the other a WWII story. Either of these tales would have made a great movie, but both of them together, one after the other, just didn't feel right to me.

The flaws aside, we have a pretty tasty romance story. And frankly, few things could be better than the half naked Jackman washing himself off out on the trail. I looked for a photo of that on the internet and had no luck.

I will also say the movie could have used some extra gratuitous nakedness and sex especially with two such great looking people in it.

Overall though -- entertaining, slightly sexy and quite a lot of adventure and romance. It is near 4 stars to me, but not quite there.

Lesley Picks a Hottie: Quantumly HOT

Daniel Craig does not have a traditionally handsome face. Oh, but those eyes! He doesn't look bad without a shirt either.

As you may have guessed -- I saw Quantum of Solace last night. Daniel was the James Bond bad boy from start to finish as he sought revenge for his lover Vespa's death (in Casino Royale) and some answers. I so much prefer his bad boy Bond to the earlier Bonds that are overly suave to the point of seeming feminine to me.

I anxiously await the next Bond film and any film that Daniel Craig is in. Did I mention that aside from being hot he is a fabulous actor? Oh well, it doesn't really matter, does it?

Who else could I start out such a concept with? Nobody aside from Johnny Depp. Incredibly hot and talented -- I couldn't start with anyone else.
